LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Copy + paste the all of disc info text from the box on the right when you're in Write mode please. At the moment it looks like your drive has some issue with the discs you're trying to use.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Yup, looks like an unsupported disc. Did you really buy Verbatim DVD-R DL discs or did you mean DVD+R DL? The two are very different.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I've no idea, you'll have to find that info elsewhere. In general though, nobody buys/uses DVD-R DL discs, they all buy/use DVD+R DL discs. Either way, your drive doesn't support the DVD-R DL ones so they're useless to you unless you've got another drive somewhere?
