how to compress image to fit disc

hi can anyone help me as ive downloade image that is 8.13 gb how do i get it to fit onto 8.5gb dvdr dl disc thanks

Firstly, you're muddling up sizes (well, the units anyway).

A DVD+R DL disc has 8,547,991,552 bytes available on it. That's 7.96GiB or 8.55GB.

The file is probably 8,738,846,720 bytes in size. That's 8.13GiB or 8.74GB.

If it were 8.13 and 8.50 of the same units, obviously it would fit just fine

Anyway...I suggest you go and read an xbox related forum... you have some learning to do before you'll be able to handle oversized images.
