mattg568 Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 I just got some Verbatim MKM-001 DVD+R DL discs to burn in my external USB HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GE24NU30 DVD burner. When I write data to them using ImgBurn, I get this warning: W 20:09:27 L0 Data Zone Capacity Miscompare!W 20:09:27 Wanted: 2084704, Got: 2086912 Even though I get that warning, the burn completes without any errors. Anyone know what's going on? LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 It just looks like buggy drive firmware to me. It's accepting the modified layer break position but then when asked what the layer break position is set to, it's returning the original / unmodified one. The verify phase seems to show the modified one did actually take though.
mattg568 Posted February 15, 2013 Author Posted February 15, 2013 So does that mean nothing is really wrong?
