LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 That drive seems to have a problem with reading the disc. Does the other machine/drive that works ok show the disc as that same size? i.e. 1080 sectors
zeko Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 yes, shows the same 1080 sectors... see this picture, is from the other PC where everything is Ok.
Adrianvdh Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 If I may... Why did you call it Illegal track why not could not read disc?

LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 I don't make up the error messages, they're defined in the MMC specs.
Adrianvdh Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 So basically you didn't make much of ImgBurn and DVD Decrypter log entries?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 When a drive returns an error, it usually also provides you with 2 numbers. Those 2 numbers are known as ASC and ASCQ. What I then do is look up what they mean in a (build in) table and display that text to the user. http://t10.org/lists/asc-num.txt
zeko Posted February 18, 2013 Author Posted February 18, 2013 Now I have again tested and found no errors. All Cd I have burned from iso with CDBurnerXP show at Reading CD with Imgburn the error as shown in the pictures. When I use the same CD (CD with no errors) on another PC with Imgburner at Reading (as is read correctly in iso file) and again with miene Thinkpad burn a new CD, then at Reading on Thinkpad have no more errors. This is so funny?
Adrianvdh Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 (edited) So that program from them is like a library / *.dll file Edited February 18, 2013 by Adrianvdh
