Create image from CD/DVD defaults to bin. How to change to iso?

Hello.

 

Installed IMGBURN on new company-assigned laptop for the express purpose of creating iso images from existing program CD/DVD's.  When I put a CD in the drive and run IMGBURN, the default output is bin.  I want ISO.

 

Can't figure out where to change this.  Can anyone help?

If it's trying to make a BIN file it's probably because that's the format the disc should be saved in.

 

i.e. you won't get a proper copy if you don't.

 

If you really want to make it an ISO (sometimes the program can convert the disc into the proper ISO format), just edit the destination file name by clicking on the 'Browse' button.
