imgburn wont make blu-rays

i have been making blu-ray discs for years.

the computer and disc writer are fine.

pinnacle 12 makes menus but they seldom burn correctly with pinnacle 12 and 15.

so i tried imgburn to make a DVD - this worked perfectly.

following the instructions on the site above i tried several times.

they work-incorrectly- on the computer but the tv disc player either spits them out or says it cannot be played.

helpful suggestions welcome.

Post a log so we have somewhere to start.

there is no log.

i doubt imgburn can do what i need in avchd or blu-ray. as it would be working from an image.

pinnacle makes one. it is the pinnacle image that does not work correctly.

in dvd, imgburn creates the image and therefore it works fine.

ImgBurn can make avchd or blu-ray disc if you provide the correct set of files/folders.

 

ImgBurn burn the files as is. If you have the correct folder structure the disc should work.

 

If Pinnacle doesn't output a propper set of files it's not ImgBurn problem. Search help on their forum.

 

You can find old saved logs via Help menu.
