ykyky Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 Some DJ Software (like a TRAKTOR) writes MP3 tag data by a "analyse" command. The edited tag data includes unique tags like a "BPM".When I import such edited MP3 files to CUE Sheet on ImgBurn, the time of track is corrupt. If you want, I can post a sample MP3 files. (not illegal)I'm sorry that my English is not good very much. (because I'm Japanese.)Thanks.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 The time comes from whatever DirectShow managed to decode (or ACM if that's what it has to fall back to). Feel free to post an mp3 that doesn't work and I'll examine it my end.
ykyky Posted May 5, 2013 Author Posted May 5, 2013 Thanks a lot! I posted a smaple mp3 file that doesn't work.sample.mp3
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 Neither DirectShow or ACM can decode that file on my Windows 7 PC so I guess your tagging software is messing it up.
ykyky Posted May 11, 2013 Author Posted May 11, 2013 Thank you for your investigation. I will try to request the developer of TRAKTOR to fix this issue.
