Problems burning

Hi,

 

I have 2 IHAS burners and all has been fine with them up to recently. One of them however has now stopped working, whether it is a back up DVD or back up Xbox game it simply states Failed to write parameters, invalid write address

I have done nothing to it as the other one is working fine still. Has it run its course and I need a new one?
