I do not know why it won't burn. Sometimes it doesn't read a disc.Sometimes it reads the the disc but fails to complete after 20% or so. The dying one. I do not know who you are. I do not know what you did. (would be nice if you would explained what happened) But it seems to be able to burn successfully!
