Silenkiller Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Okay, so I have 150 Verbatim DVD+R DL's to burn with Imgburn. I never have coasters burning regular DVDs or this error. So I have two drives on computer A burning two discs at once off of the same ISO. On computer B I have three drives burning three discs off of iso's on three separate hard drives. As it is now, every 6 discs I'm getting an I/O error and a ruined disc. Once again, this doesn't happen with regular dvds. These are good quality new drives and the best media, so what gives? Buffers are staying up. Oh and can anyone recommend a really good quality disc duplicator that verifies? I can't ruin a disc every 5-6 discs. ianymaty Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Try the other speeds available. Cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc may help.

I also found that my disc errors go down a lot when only burning two at a time, per computer. So I guess it is I/O related, so confusing why its a problem though, should be more than enough bandwidth through the motherboard, it isnt that old. Oh well. Edited June 27, 2013 by Silenkiller
