Hi! Pls help.

I need to make an ISO image of my original Windows XP Installation disk. I just keep on getting error messages. I have tried many times . It's getting frustrating.

Your discs is probably dirty/scratched/faulty.

 

Either way, your drive can't read it. A different drive may have more luck. You could also try adjusting the 'Read Speed' down to 10x or something.
