Burning to Bd-r

I recently loaded ImgBurn, I hate to seem to stupid but I cannot copy any of my Blu ray discs. I ran Imgburn and it rea ok, then I tried to write and all I do is make coasters. I have anydvdhd, I cannot seem to get the program to burn. If someone wouldn't mind helping it would be greatly appreciated Thanks
