Can't read files to copy

It can take me to the correct folder, but the folder comes up empty.  Obviously, there are documents there, just can't be seen

You're probably using the box that lets you select folders and not the one that lets you select files.

 

Change the 'Input Mode' to 'Advanced' if it's easier for you.
