Withnail73 Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Hi there. I have a 7GB M2TS file which I successfully burnt to a DVD-DL using ImgBurn - great! The only slight issue I have is the transistion from one layer to the other whilst playing - it's not a slight pause like I was expecting - it freezes and skips a few seconds before resuming. I was wondering if that was avoidable, and stumbled across these instructions re: burning Dual-Layer DVDs -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?s=3718da760a758c457cac17559538989e&showtopic=1777. In there it mentions using the Calculator to bring up the Create Layer Break tab....but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Should it take more than 15 mins? Is it even possible to create a seamless transition? Thanks!
LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 If all you're burning is a single m2ts file, you aren't burning a DVD Video disc... hence you won't get the 'create layer break' option.
Withnail73 Posted August 23, 2013 Author Posted August 23, 2013 Ok, thanks. I guess there's no way to strip the file down? This is all new to me...is it even possible to create a DVD of HD content?
