WithoutFlesh Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) I burned a game that requires 2 discs, with the same method (Overburn). The first disc is for some data to be installed, and the second is to play the game. The first one works perfectly (it installed the data required) but the other doesn't. It doesn't even get recognized when I insert it in my Laptop. Here are the Logs. I used Verbatim discs. LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 You should have used truncate and left verify enabled. Then we could have seen what was going on.
WithoutFlesh Posted September 15, 2013 Author Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) You should have used truncate and left verify enabled. Then we could have seen what was going on. But, the Verify box is ticked :S What happened? Anyway, I was informed the best method to burn this game was to use Overburn. I will try to use Truncate later, when I have a Verbatim. Some more infos, I injected a topology data since this is a XDG3 game and I have an LT 2.0 Xbox. Edited September 15, 2013 by WithoutFlesh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 If you don't have a drive that can actually over burn (where you then wouldn't be prompted at all), you should use the truncate option so the burn doesn't end with a failure to write beyond the end of the disc.

Thanks for the help I'll post some results later.

spinningwheel Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Your disc verified fine, how it plays back in your machine is another story. The data that you supplied to the program will determine how well it plays.
