clipper Posted September 26, 2013 Share Posted September 26, 2013 hello , i am trying to burn microsoft windows 8.1 preview (2.8GB) but i want to add a txt (1kb) inside the image. i did the build thing , and created a new image image , only to discover its now more then 5GB in size thus complaining it cant feet on dvd. how do i fix this ? many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted September 26, 2013 Share Posted September 26, 2013 To grow by that much, you're either adding something into the image that shouldn't be there (maybe the original ISO itself?) or they've got 2 files on the disc that reference the same physical data... in which case, try enabling the 'Optimise Duplicate Files' option in the settings ('Build' tab).
