JohnS01 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 ISSUE: During the download I got an alert from Norton regarding an intrusion by sp-storage.conduit-services.com.... Although Norton said it had blocked the intrusion attempt, I find now that both of my browsers have been taken over by conduit-services.com and I am having great difficulty resetting my browser home page and new-tab settings. I am very unhappy about this and will notify PC Magazine, where I first heard about your product, and where they gave it a good review. I shouldn't have to fight with software to get back to my default and preferred state. This is more than "PUP" software. I can't just un-select what it is trying to do to my browser. JohnS.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 You had the option to opt-out of installing whatever it was that you were offered by OpenCandy during the installation of ImgBurn. It only take a mouse click or two.
