Hello.

I've got a problem I can't explain at all.

I've been using ImgBurn for ages and only recently (January, actually, not that recently) I start having this problem.

Disk writing is just freezing in the middle - can be 2%, 40% or 96%. Roughly 1 out of 10 discs. Happens with CDs or DVDs (high quality ones). Never happened with double layer but I use them really rare.

I've tried to reinstall the system, upgrade/downgrade ImgBurn (got REALLY old copies), even changed the external DVD-R!!! Still the same.

At some point I've seen "Waiting for the device buffer to recover" or something like this, but can't find it in any log now.

Here is the latest log

Your device must have stopped processing commands. Try another cable / USB socket etc. if you unplug the drive once it has got itself in that state, I expect ImgBurn will throw up an error. It hasn't frozen, it's just waiting for your drive (or system as a whole) to finish processing the command it sent.
