Kepler-186f Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 (edited) Hi, i have a very BIG problem with ImgBurn 2.5.8.0 and my Os Windows 8.1 Enterprise X64, after install Imgburn NOT recognize any support (i use Liteon iHas 624 Burnermax Firmware) i cannot burning any support, if I close does not close i have to use task manager and force close. If restart imgbrun this not find any device.... Before i used imgburn 2580 with Windows 8.0 and I've never had this problem, but with Windows 8.1 can not solve the problem, also after a few minutes frezze my pc and forces me to restart a windows session. I try previous versions of imgburn like Version 2.5.7.0 and 2.5.6.0 the problem is identical. How to fix this problem??? If you can get into write mode, right click the drive selection box and select 'family tree'. Close the prompt that comes up and try to copy + paste everything from the log window.
