couldn't create cue or write cue with flac on windows 8.1

the log says :

AddSourceFilter Failed!
 

TabletPC inking error code. The property was not found, or supported

 

tried to reinstall madflac and Imgburn - it didn't help .

do you have any suggestions?

Try again with madFlac. It should work ok once installed properly. Of course if that error is from somewhere higher up the chain, it may not!
