hi, i need your help...please

i have PIONEER DVD-RW DVRTD10RS drive and it's comatibile with burner max i'm sure beacuause i successfully burnt nba 2k14 (xgd3)

but the problem is that now i can't change advanced settings in imgburn...when i go to LITE-ON tab and select any of smartburn, force hypertuning or anything it says Current settings: Not Supported

i was looking on internet and i couldn't find anyone with the same problem...please help

That's correct, those options will not work with Pioneer drives.

but they worked when i was burning nba 2k14...and when i was burning it i enabled smartburn and game works perfectly...but now i can't change these options and every game that i burn won't work

I've never seen them work on anything other than LiteOn and Asus drives.

i've seen with my own eyes..

so is there any way to fix this or burn game on some other way? (with my current drive)

You can't fix what a drive doesn't support in the first place... and that's my stand on this matter until I see otherwise (by means of a log, screenshots etc.).

You haven't posted a log so I can't make any suggestions on burning it some other way.

the problem is when i go to help - imgburn logs i can se only logs of today...is there any way to se logs of about month ago?

It only goes back 5000 lines iirc. If you burn loads, that limit will quickly be reached and old entries will be removed.

If you uninstall the program, the log gets deleted.

so what should i do?

can you at least tell me best imbgurn settings for my drive...because now it stuck at 50% and i don't know why...
it was working perfeclty and now nothing...
