Ugljanin Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Hi, I am new in the 'burning-scene' so I dont know how to solve problems and that's exactly why I came to this forum. Yesterday I downloaded four files (ISO and MDS) each to burn on a DVD+R DL disc. The 'read me' file gave me the following instructions: Burn the discs using ImgBurn 2.5.8.0 at 2,4x speed! Use only Verbatim, Philips or Arita DVD+R DL! Set booktype to DVD-ROM! I was told to burn the MDS file on the disc. So bought the Philips DVD+R DL discs and I did everything what the instructions says. When I started burning the files an error popped up: 'Optimal layer break position must be a multiple of 16' The error pops up at all files except the last one. How can I solve this problem?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Your images have come from discs that use a layer break you cannot replicate on writable media. You'll just have to try burning it and hope it works.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Move the MDS for that disc elsewhere and then burn the ISO.
