Power Calibration Area Error?

hi ive used img burn before but for some reason im getting thiss error message when i try to burn an image below is the log report please can i get some help understanding why it wont burn thanks in advance.

 

 

i have tried burning at lower speeds i have sucessfully burned this image in the past. im using the same disks as before (verbatim).

 

the image isnt the exact image i used before but downloaded from the same place 

 

 

the only diference is its a diferent laptop could this be the isssue?

Successful burning is all about the drive/firmware/media combo you're using.

Software itself has very little to do with it.

 

As that machine appears to be running Vista, I'm going to assume it's not new.

 

Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc. Try a new spindle of discs (they're good, so get the same 'MCC' ones again). I guess you could try Verbatim DVD+R though.

 

If the drive still fails to burn, you'll have to put another drive in that laptop or give up with it and use you old machine.
