ocular Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 This is the layer break option I am getting as I set up latest version of ImgBurn to burn VideoTS folder to Verbatin +R DL media. It was a 8GB mpeg file edited and encoded with Ulead VideoStudio 10+ then Tsunami DVD Author pro - compiled with 9 chapters with audio added to a track menu. Checked simulation and then played compiled files in PowerDVD 6.0 and am happy with quality. Is it OK to accept an "average " option. Is there something I can do to improve the quality of the layer break? Followed the guide faithfully "Burning DVD Video files directly to double layer media with ImgBurn" My hopes are in this workflow being able to produce a DL DVD that plays on stand alone DVD player JVC-DRMV1S
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 You're fine to just use that one....well, you have little choice!
ocular Posted October 17, 2006 Author Posted October 17, 2006 You're fine to just use that one....well, you have little choice! Thanks for the fast reply. Burnt DVD. In Computer DVD Player works fine. In standalone JVC , Track Menu comes up but can't select chapters. press stop and then play and chapter 1 starts. can scroll thru with next button, but menu buttons don't work, presumably a DVD author problem and possibly due to the audio association with menu. Any recommendations on good DVD author software?
