I am using Power2Go to burn ISO files of Blu-Ray movies to Verbatim DVD+R DL disks and they play at Xbox One.

However, after successfully burning a disk, Power2Go crashes every time and messes up my PC so I have to reboot every time.  Cyberlink was not able to resolve the issue.

I tried ImgBurn and not a single disk was able to play on Xbox One. Movie disk plays on my PC, but not on Xbox One.

Can anyone help me figure it out, why ImgBurn disk would not play on Xbox One and if I use Power2Go to burn the same ISO file it plays on Xbox One?

Both Blu-Ray movie disks (burned by ImgBurn and Power2Go) play on PC.

Thank you for your help.

Bellow is the last log entry.

I did not do "verify".

The disk plays on PC and does not play on Xbox One.

I've seen it where some players won't play BD Video from discs where the booktype has been changed to DVD-ROM... because they simply don't expect to ever see BD Video content on such discs.

So what I'd suggest is going into the Settings -> Write tab -> Page 1 and enable the 'Use Normal for BD Video Discs' option.

Then try again after you've burnt another one.

Lightning UK!

Thank you very much for your help.  It worked like a charm!

The score is now officially:

ImgBurn 1 : Power2Go 0

Yes, Power2Go crashes every single time after it burns a disk, that's why it is loosing!

I think I will stick with ImgBurn for as long as disks are playing in Xbox One.

Once again, thank you for your prompt reply and for your spot on answer.

Regards,

Ivan Kmecko
