ozymandias Posted November 2, 2006 Share Posted November 2, 2006 I've installed IMGBurn OK, but when I try to run it, I don't get any window open up. I checked under Windows Task Manager, and it shows there, taking just under 7MB of RAM. I've swept for viruses, and I Don't think that's the problem. Any suggestions? blutach Posted November 2, 2006 Share Posted November 2, 2006 Welcome to ImgBurn Forum! It's obviously not loading the GUI - mine shows about 18Mb. Try disabling your startup programs and then re-try. That will ID the rogue prog that is stopping ImgBurn from starting. Ensure Windoze's Data Execution Prevention is not on. I use ZoneAlarm Pro and very occasionally it used to prevent progs from working correctly (not ImgBurn), in settings you can allow these programs access etc. Maybe AVG does the same ? Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 Just totally uninstall AVG, reboot a few times, download the very latest version, update the defs / program and then reinstall ImgBurn.
