How do I change all folders and files from UPPERCASE to lowercase?

I've tried using Jolet and udf and neither of them convert to lowercase when I create an iso file. I read on here that there is an option to deselect UPPERCASE folders but I'm not seeing it anywhere in img burn.

Deselecting means EXCLUDING them from the outside output. It does NOT mean it'll convert INSERTFOLDERNAME to insertfoldername.
