File To Big To Make Into A ISO

So i have RDR1 .zip and I need to make it in a .iso

So I used ImgBurn and it pops up with an error its to big.

The file is 7.3GB anyway i can make it into an .iso?

Just use UDF (and only UDF) as the file system.
