Build mode for BD-R

Always worked before but, now when I want to write BD-R image to a disc, on my BD writer the destination is blank, widows 10 file manager shows device is there! When I go to write mode, the BD-R shows up in the destination box. But in build mode it is blank!  I have reinstalled software and get same result.  Regards Richard Tubbe

Have you switched the output to 'Image File' rather than 'Device' ?
