ImgBurn Success sound found in old game from 1996

I was caught off guard while playing an old nostalgic game, that the ImgBurn completion sound is in fact in this game! The game is Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse

I was frantically looking around for the ImgBurn window when I realised it was actually the game!

I thought this was very interesting as it seems no one really knows the origin of the sound, maybe it was Freddi Fish? This game was released 1996 I think. So maybe a company making sound assets from around that era?

I believe it existed before 1996.  I seem to recall having heard it years ago, but more years than 24.  I think it's a pre-existing piece of music that probably no one really knows the origin of.
