Creating CUE files with OGG files takes an incredibly long time

When I create a CUE file with OGG audio files, the process for a single audio file about 3 minutes long could take around an hour to finish analyzing the file. What should I do to make it as fast as MP3 files (a few seconds for the same length)?

The log doesn't output anything when I'm doing this.

An hour?!

Does it get stuck at 99% or does it count up to 100 really, really, really slowly?

Which directshow filter do you have installed for the decoding of OGG files?

It counts to 100% very slowly. Also I'm not sure what directshow filter I'm using, but I can find out which one if you know how to find it.

Once the ogg file has been added to the cue, right click it and you'll see the option on the context menu.

I tried installing those already, and they didn't install to my knowledge. I checked System32 folder, and they were not there. CoreVorbis just skipped the whole installation process.
