Angel, looks like your burner can't read what it just wrote to the disc. Alot of Sony discs are hit and miss when it comes to quality. First off your burner looks to be a Cyberdrive and has a newer firmware 150B Your currently on 14SB, would be a good idea to update. www.rpc1.org Flash the burner and try your burn and verify again.

We reccommend either Verbatim or Taio Yuden for blank media, both top of the line stuff. :)

I am updating my firmware right now, but take a look at the BOLD areas of this report and tell me if you have any ideas concerning this.

The drive is erroring out at the end of the burn. Nothing you can do except update the firmware and try again.

If it still fails, ditch those discs and find some other ones it supports properly.

Right now I have sony and I will keep burning on these until I use them all up or destroy them, then I plan to buy some Vabridium or however it's spelt. LOL. Anyway, those should do me better justice, you think? Or is there a better media you would suggest?

Posted

Angel. If your still getting those error messages even after upgrading your firmware, then Yes, best to but some Verbatim or Taio Yuden blank media. These are the best media to burn to and you should have successful burns no problem. :)

Ps Verbridium............... =))=))=)) Laughing with you, not at you.............

Posted (edited)

yup. I'm laughing too. :D Anyhoot, thanks again for the help, and i'll definately put a reply back up here once i pick up some verbatim discs and let you know how i like them.
