When I burn the same iso image with Nero I don't get this error. The Nero burned discs seem to work fine as well so I not sure what the problem is? I did not rip the original dvd iso image so I have no control over that. The iso images are said to be 1:1 images of the original dvd (minus the copy protection and region encoding stuff of course). The program can't find any cells within the DVD Video files that mean it can split the data between the layers of the disc and give you a decent layerbreak the meets the DVD-Video specs. You should extract the data from the image (mount it in daemon tools and use explorer) and rebuild it using 'Build' mode. However, if you just want to split the image randomly and without any concern of the specs (as Nero did), just click 'Yes' instead of 'No' when you're shown that warning message. tWreCK Posted March 8, 2007 Author Share Posted March 8, 2007 (edited) Thx for the quick reply Ok understood - but are there any quality differences when ignoring the specs (as Nero or when pressing Yes in ImgBurn) and will there be any playback problems etc as opposed to rebuilding the image with ImgBurn? Also, should I tick the "Seamless & Don't Update IFO/BUP Files" in the options field within the "Create layer Break Position" dialog screen? What do these options do? LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 8, 2007 Share Posted March 8, 2007 It can cause playback problems with some drives / players. You should leave those options unchecked. Seamless is ok if your player supports it - if supported, it should make the layer jump / glitch less noticeable or even non existent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
