ImNotMikeyB Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 I burned an image to a DVD-RW and instead of getting the VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS subfolder i got "IMG (folder) , UNI_LINK (HTML), and a VIDEO_TS" - Was this due to the Image preporation or did i mess with a setting i should have not of... The DVD plays in all the players, esspecailly the sound is all there.... The DVD itself breaks down at the menu, becomes pixlated, and disorted, but the sound is there. - This is probably my failing drive / DVD-Dye I'm just curious to the diffrent folders on the DVD if it means anything... lfcrule1972 Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 I haven't seen that type of DVD-RW before but I am guessing that CMCW02 is made by the infamous CMC Magnetics company and that isn't a great combination for a quality burn. If you want to use RW's I would try and get hold of Verbatim 6x RW's, I have a couple of them and they seem better than most when it comes to quality of playback. Finally if you have been changing settings, restore defaults on ImgBurn, Tools>Settings>Defaults (they work best) and then you will know that all should be ok.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 The Image must have already contained those folders. Nothing to worry about in that sense, it might just be some extra PC DVD-ROM content on the disc.
