Device never readies...version 2.3.2.0

When I try to write I get a perpetual:

 

'Device Not Ready (Logical Unit in in the process of becoming ready) ...

post a log please IB stores them, Help-->IMGburn logs

Try some different discs, your drive doesn't appear to like those and can't initialise them (the drive has to do that before it lets software see them).

 

Check for firmware updates too.
