Try and get Verbatim DVD+R DL, as it's the only dual-layer media that works as it should. Also, there's a firmware update available for your burner (KL0G). As for the other errors you've mentioned, they could be due to a lot of different things and we'd need the burn logs from those bad burns to know what exactly went wrong with them. You can find the older logs in Help/ImgBurn logs. LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 30, 2007 Share Posted October 30, 2007 IF your drive can't verify the disc, it must have produced a bad burn (assuming it can read other stuff of course). Try burning at 8x or 12x. If you get the same problem, find yourself some TYG02 or TYG03 media and try that. If you can find some Verbatim DVD+R MCC dye media, that may work too.
