jaques Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Trying to use an old burner for DVDs for the first time. Works fine with CDs. But I cannot get it to recognise an empty DVD. It always comes up with the message 'Disk Not Empty'. Any ideas. Thanks. LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 It doesn't appear to be reporting the disc info properly. Notice it says 'Status: Complete' rather than 'Status: Empty'. Try looking for a firmware update for the drive.
