charldr Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 I am trying to burn a dvd. I've used this program and the same type of disks for about 30 different burns now, with no problem. This is the first time I've seen this error. I changed the write speed from Auto to 2.4x, and then to 1.0x, and got the same error. It will get to 85% every time, then the error comes up. Here's the log: I 17:35:53 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! I 17:35:53 Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 17:35:53 Total Physical Memory: 196,016 KB - Available: 77,504 KB I 17:35:53 Initialising SPTI... kevdriver Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 charldr, Your burner doesn't like that media. The media may have worked before but you were lucky. Try getting some Verbatims especially if your burning dual layer images. Also check for firmware updates for your burner and leave Img settings on default, normally everything works best that way.
