Imgburn disk un-playable

i am just starting with imgburn-I have an xp box-all updates to os, imgburn and burner--copied disk that was originally playable on pc- it created one with the above msg and it won't play--what setting do i have wrong within imgburn- or?-thanks

Either your DVD is region coded incorrectly or if you have removed region coding, your player doesn't like it.

 

Otherwise, check for folder structure - ensure there are VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders.

Check it's not a PAL / NTSC issue either.

 

None of these are burning issues though, it's to do with the source files - which of couse ImgBurn doesn't touch.
