Error Message-Need Help, Please!

I'm new with this program and got it started fine. But when it starts I get a I/O Error Message on any dvd I try. I tried slowing the speed down like the other logs stated to do, but it still didn't work. Hope I can get some help. Thanks! Attached is one of the logs;
