SeattleBattle Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 Hello, This is my first post on these forums. I tried searching around for an answer to my problem, but I was unable to find a solution. I am trying to create a *.iso file from an existing *.ibb file using the ImgBurn command line interface. Sometimes it works very well, and other times I get the following error: Invalid or unsupported image file format! Reason: First image file part is less than 2048 bytes in size. I use the following command line parameters to launch ImgBurn: imgburn.exe /src "C:\test.ibb" /overwrite /noimagedetails /start /closesuccess Here is a copy of my *.ibb file: IBB [sTART_BACKUP_OPTIONS] BuildMode=2 Destination=C:\test.iso FileSystem=1 PreserveFullPathnames=1 RecurseSubdirectories=1 IncludeHiddenFiles=1 IncludeSystemFiles=1 IncludeArchiveFilesOnly=0 AddToWriteQueueWhenDone=0 ClearArchiveAttribute=0 VolumeLabel_ISO9660= VolumeLabel_Joliet=Test volume VolumeLabel_UDF= Identifier_System= Identifier_VolumeSet= Identifier_Publisher= Identifier_Preparer= Identifier_Application= Dates_FolderFileType=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_InterchangeLevel=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_CharacterSet=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_AllowMoreThan8DirectoryLevels=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_AllowMoreThan255CharactersInPath=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_AllowFilesWithoutExtensions=0 Restrictions_ISO9660_DontAddVersionNumberToFiles=0 Restrictions_Joliet_InterchangeLevel=0 Restrictions_Joliet_AllowFilesWithoutExtensions=0 Restrictions_Joliet_AddVersionNumberToFiles=0 Restrictions_UDF_DisableUnicodeSupport=0 BootableDisc_MakeImageBootable=0 [END_BACKUP_OPTIONS] [sTART_BACKUP_LIST] E:\temp E:\TempExport [END_BACKUP_LIST] Here is a copy of my log file when the task failed: //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 - Log ; Thursday, 25 October 2007, 17:38:32 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 17:38:27 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 IBB's are for Build mode, not Write mode. The fix? Issue the /mode command - it's probably the most important one!
