Regards Hi, I have never touched my settings I always run it with default settings. Does this change in anyway affect my burns? What in particular should I be looking for in the FAQ? Thanks. Cheers!
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 Have you installed any drivers recently? (well, since before when it worked without that issue) Goto the tools menu and bring up the filter drivers window. Click the 'clipboard' button and then 'paste' into your next reply.

Hi Lightning, Thanks for your response. I for the life of me cannot find what you want. Can you tell me a bit more specifically where to look for the info - maybe a path to the menu. I even tried to find the filter menu using windows help, boy was that a waste of an hour. Thanks. To answer your question I did recently install a Syba 4 port Sata controller based on a SIL 3114 chip, so that is probably the culprit, must have overwritten something, or reset some setting. Cheers! LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 I actually meant within ImgBurn itself. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of the main window. Then click 'Filter Driver Load Order'. Highlight the 'siremfil.sys' entry and remove it. Then just reboot your PC.
