Back up process was working fine until my little boy started missing with the computer and froze up the computer. Rebooted the computer and tried to backup process with a new disc. Does not work. I get this message on the bottom of the screen, "Device not ready (No Reference Position Found)." I tried different movies but no go. What can the problem be. I rebooted the computer several times.
