W 12:45:06 Drive D:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size.

That's a warning and it means exactly what it says.

Your D: drive is formatted using the FAT32 file system and you can't store files larger than 4GB in size on drives using that file system.

Convert it to NTFS to get around that limitation.

'Device not ready (medium not present)' means you don't have a disc in the drive or the drive doesn't support the media you've put in it.
