Lightscribe / Labelflash

Hi,

 

Iam also a developer and I work on a personal analyze software. I see in ImgBurn that you can get the lightscribe and labelflash capability.

How did you do this? I do not find any documentation and also there is no real information from the companies themselve (like the lightscribe SDK do not contain any information).

Iam confirm with SCSI commands so if you have a value to the get the capability, please share this info

where did you see this?

if you mean from drive properties, ImgBurn is only reporting that the drive is/isn't capeable of that feature

Hi, inside the window (Capabilities). Yes exact this i what I wrote about. Normaly the capabilities a software will check with scsi commands.

My question was how you did this, cause I found nowhere infos about this. Is this a special function you wrote or is this a documented value to query?
