posthugger Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Recently, I downloaded a freeware version of HDLOADER, a program many of you will be familiar with. I then used ImgBurn to create a disc. It works great, but the problem is, I have to use a swap disc to use it (Swap Magic, to be exact). Is there a way to create a disc that will boot on the playstation using the file I downloaded? Let me apologize in advance, but I have searched your posts & guides and, not being by any means an expert on this stuff, cannot find anything describing specifically how to do this or stating that it can't be done. Understand that, it is not my attention to copy any games or software that I do not legally own or that was not freely given. Thanks in advance
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 I believe PS2's won't boot random code (which HDLoader is), that's the whole point behind the swap magic discs. It's certainly not anything ImgBurn can/will do though so your best bet is to search a forum dedicated to consoles and alike.
