Jen
I have built the file from Video-TS into an ISO, then proceeded to Write mode and selected the file, but it will not let me click the Write button saying "DEVICE NOT READY (UNABLE TO RECOVER TOC)". Could anyone please tell me what this means??

LIGHTNING UK!
It means your drive failed to initialise the disc. (TOC = Table Of Contents) Are you sure your drive supports the media? (and that you don't just have a CD burner - i.e. it can't burn DVDs) Is the drive using the most recent firmware? If ejecting/reinserting doesn't work, try some other discs. If that doesn't work try cleaning the drive. If that doesn't work buy a new drive.
jmet
I have to agree with LIGHTNING UK!'s suggestions. (Only because he has more posts than I) lol
