lasitter
I've checked the guide and FAQ, and the answer isn't obvious just yet. I've downloaded a bootable ISO image file that I'd like to read, add some files to, and then burn. What's the easy way to do that with ImgBurn, or what utility should I be looking at for this purpose?
mmalves
ImgBurn burns ISO images as they are, so you'll need to "edit" the ISO with another tool (UltraISO/MagicISO/PowerISO/WinISO/etc come to mind)
LIGHTNING UK!
You could also extract the contents of the ISO and rebuild it. Mount it in DAEMON Tools, create a new temp folder on your desktop and copy the files into it using explorer. Then add your new/updates files. Then use ImgBurn to extract the bootable bit from the virtual drive. Use build mode to create a new ISO from the folder on your desktop and the bootable image it had already extracted.
