Error Message

Hi,

I have been getting an error message when I attempt to burn a DVD.

Stupidly, I didn't write it down and as I am at work, cannot retry the burn.

 

The message says something along the lines of "cannot lock the drive for exclusive access..........."

 

I have two drives, Plextor and Phillips (and use TY blanks), and both produce this message.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry to waste your time.

I did skim over the FAQ's and bailed out at the first FAQ on Media. My mistake!!

 

I have just recently installed AnyDVD. Could this be the problem?

As I'm at work I cannot check this out but will do so at the conclusion of the days toil.

I doubt it.

 

When you get the error box come up, do as the post in the FAQ says and use Process Explorer to find out which program is using the drive.
