Senor Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 How do I burn mpeg video files to be sure they are in correct order when viewed on player. i.e. 123-and so on. All I keep getting files in wrong sequence. By the way simple answers please I am only a novice.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Files are always (by default) burnt in alphabetical order. Does your player not give you a list of the files on the disc? How is it organising them - totally random?
Senor Posted March 8, 2008 Author Posted March 8, 2008 Files are always (by default) burnt in alphabetical order. Does your player not give you a list of the files on the disc? How is it organising them - totally random? Most of my dvds are randomly burned but I did have one correctly done but I don't know why and also I had video on them that was not supposed to be there. Is it possibly picking up from a previous project? Thahk you for your reply. Arthur
LOCOENG Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Is it possibly picking up from a previous project? Only if that is what you selected to burn or either you misnamed the file when you created it.

Only if that is what you selected to burn or either you misnamed the file when you created it. Neither selected or misnamed. They are however in a previous project. Can I possibly delete all entries in imgburn and start from scratch to eliminate this.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Just look in the 'Source' box. Only stuff in there (and folders below other folders if 'Resurse Subdirectories' is enabled) will be added to your disc.
